A specialty wine from Getaria on the Basque Country's coast in northern Spain, Txakoli is the wine nerd's unofficial wine of the summer. Light-bodied and low-alcohol, yet showing nervy notes of chalky limestone, green apple, lemon zest, sea breeze followed by a crispy, tart finish.
