(7/2022) At BLANKbottle, there's an incredible story behind and inside every bottle. "Little William" refers to the serendipitous tale about winemaker Pieter Walser's encounter with a lost one-year-old boy named William in the middle of the road coming down from this tiny vineyard. Rustic earth, cracked pepper and blackberry on the nose, this wine nearly transports you to the Witzenberg Mountain Vineyard 750 meters above sea level. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a touch of smokiness, this is a fantastic wine that also conjures visions of the Northern Rhone. Very limited quantities on this vintage, grab some while you can!
