Based in the Loire Valley zone of Cheverny, Thierry bottles this wine from a tiny parcel of 25-year-old Pinot Noir and Gamy vines. The young red is vinified whole cluster and bottled with little to no sulfur. It is delicious, alive, vibrant and a must at the table.
