(3/2021) This bone dry sparkler comes from an artisan grower in the Jura region of eastern France. Blending 50% Chardonnay with 40% Pinot Noir, 5% Poulsard and 5% Trousseau, the Tissot's disgorged this cuvee in May 2020, finished with zero dosage. Crisp and lively, the wine is texturally generous, with a creamy palate and flavors of citrus, orchard and stone fruits. A perfect welcome wine with cured meats, olives and simple vegetables.
