Laura, Jose, Roberto and Alfonso created Albahra Chingao with the intent of showing a wine that is truly hands-off from vine to bottle. The Chingao tastes similar to the regular Albahra - same red flowers, cherries blackberries and rocky, dusty, balanced palate. All that, plus a mesmerizing, almost barnyard funk. We think it's fantastic, adding a certain charm to an already charismatic wine.
