It's really, really, reallllly hard not to love Russel From's wines. Are they big, dense SOBs? Yes. And we acknowledge that's not for everyone, but if that's your jam... look no further! The 2020 Bolt Cutter is 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Petit Verdot, 20% Syrah and 3% Malbec. Just a bruiser. Think dark cherry, black currant, dark cocoa, a thick serving of scrumptious vanilla and a small dollop of black licorice and rosemary. Aged for two years in 80% new French Oak barrels, this wine can easily go another 5-10 years - if you're brave, open one NOW! (12/2022)
