(6/2021) This fun and vibrant red is made from pure Cinsault grown in the Clement Hills sub-AVA of Lodi, and it is positively bursting with violet, dark plum, Bing cherry and black tea notes. Perfect when served with a slight chill, this super-small production red pairs great with charcuterie, pate and grilled poultry. Only three barrels (75 cases) were produced, so grab yours quick!
