(12/2022) 100% Chardonnay from vines first planted in 1960, this bottling is incredibly fresh and vibrant. Based on the 2014 harvest, this is a decidedly sizzling sparkler, hailing from "Les Simarts", a single site in the Cote de Sezanne, planted by 10th generation owner Nathalie Vignier's grandparents. Finishing with 5 g/l, the wine is crunchy, yet generous and pleasure-giving. It's truly an electric bottle.
