(6/2023) "Dude. You Must Chill!" This famous line from John Cusack in 1988's "Say Anything" could be applied to this ridiculously gulpbable red from celebrity sommelier turned vigneron Raj Parr. This wine was originally an exclusive bottling for Raj's direct wine club members and blends 50% Pinot Noir with 40% Gamay and 10% Chardonnay. Medium-pale ruby with youthful light pink-garnet hues, this 12.5% red is immediately charming, offering fresh red berry fruit, a dusty, crumbled earth mineral tone, and a tiny bit of button mushroom. Soft and very crushable, especially with 30 minutes of chilling in the fridge. Yummy and fun, our exclusive Vin Chicago price makes this an absolute winner!
